AB de Villiers was born on Febuary 17, 1984 in the town of Warmbed, South Africa. He has also been the captain of the South African cricket team. His full name is Abraham Benjamin Devillier. Devillier's father was a doctor by profession. He spent his childhood in Warmbed.  He completed his education from a high school in Pretoria, during his studies he met Faf du Plessis, who is now a player in the South African cricket team.  He often played cricket with his street friends in his neighborhood.
